Frequently asked questions
I registered for a paid event but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you can’t find it there, send us an email at info@isledik.org with your name and the name of the event you registered for. We will manually confirm your registration and resend the confirmation.
Can I join a tournament if I've never played this game before?
This depends on the level of the event. Beginner tournaments and free events are specifically aimed at players who are new to the game – the rules are explained before the game starts. Higher level ranked events assume knowledge of the rules. The expected player level is listed on the Isledik event page.
I would like to participate as a team with friends, but there are 7 of us. Is this allowed?
Team competitions support groups of 2-6 people. A group of 7 people must split into two teams. Both teams can participate in the same event and compete in the same group – they just have to play against each other, not as teammates. Contact us before registering and we will make sure your places are coordinated.
Do you provide refunds if Isledik cancels an event?
Yes, always. If we cancel an event for any reason, all registered players will receive a full refund within 5 business days. We will also notify you by email as soon as possible and, where possible, offer priority registration for the rescheduled event.
How do I cancel my monthly membership?
Log in to your account and go to Membership or send an email to info@isledik.org with the subject line “Membership Cancellation.” Cancellation will take effect before the next billing cycle – we will not charge your account again.
Is there an age limit for participation?
Players under the age of 16 can participate in free events and family-friendly tournaments when accompanied by a parent or guardian. For paid tournaments, the minimum age is 16. Some events may have different age limits – please check the specific event description.
